Resharpening

I feel that I now have a rusty vocabulary. Funny but it’s true. I feel that I needed to sharpen my vocabulary and what’s better way is to read, read, and read more. And that’s what I intend to do now. As a matter of fact, I recently finished a book that has been shelved for years now. It’s been lying there unnoticed until last week. And when I finished reading it, I was inspired to read some more. So the next day, I went to Book Sale and went home with good stuffs. I’m excited to finish all of them.

I was a reader but when I started working, and when I started to have my own family, I set aside (or should I say neglected) reading for a while. But now, I feel that I need to revive my penchant for reading and my love for words.

And now to help me with my feat, I am devoting myself to learn a word a day. There will be lots of new words here as days go by. So come and visit and together let’s learn!
