How irritating

Can you still think of your blackheads, kikay kits and vanity mirror in an evacuation area? Weird right? Last Saturday when we evacuated to my daughter’s school during the flood, there were several people who were able to go there ahead of us. I didn’t have any clothes with me so I just look for something to wear among the used clothes that were brought down by the school director. I didn’t care about how I looked as long as I was able to get some dry clothes to wear. I only have my bag which contains my cards and cell phone. In times like this you can’t get self conscious at how you look or be kikay but there was one girl who got into my nerves. She was busy looking at herself on the mirror, brushing her hair and complaining about her pimple. I even got more irritated when she and her sister rushed to the carpeted floor when she overheard that I’m telling the kids to stay in the carpeted area so they won’t feel cold. I was so irritated but I kept my cool. You’ll really find odd people even at times like this. Sigh..
