I always believed that natural ways are still the best way to get a slim body. There are a lot of diet supplements that are being advertised nowadays and you wouldn't know what's really effective. Aside from that there are potential side effects of diet pills that sometimes the public is not aware of. Some of these side effects are uncomfortable cramps, gas and diarrhea and worst it can raise blood pressure which increases the risk of heart attacks. So, if you really want to get fit, you have to work hard for it and as much as possible do it the natural way. Exercise is still the best.
