Insurance Scam?

Although insurance companies faced a lot of issues regarding insurances and college plans for the past years, it’s still easy to get life insurance quotes here in the Philippines and there are still more who trust insurance companies. But I must admit there also some who are still doing suspicious gimmicks in order to sell. Just recently, I received a SMS from a certain insurance company offering me a free life insurance package. Since I don’t easily buy such offers, I neglected it. I’ve heard from a friend that it’s just a scam. I’m ok with insurances but if ever I’ll get one, I want to get it from a refutable company...one that I really really trust.

Until now, the person is still sending me SMS but I kept on ignoring it.
