We’ve been staying in our new house for three weeks now. I must say, with all the renovations and enhancements done, I’m actually beginning to like the house although at first I don’t feel like living in it. One thing that made me thought that way is because of the inaccessibility of our new location. But anyway, since we’re already here, I think it’s not good to think that way and just be happy as we should be. Now I’m actually enjoying buying stuff for the house to make it more comfortable for all of us. Last week we went to Dapitan arcade to some home décor. The living room is now homier. I’m planning to add some bean bag chairs as well to make it look more relaxing. The kids love bean bag pillows and some chair would definitely make them excited watching TV or just staying in the living room.

Sometimes when I want to pass time, I usually go online and just search for anything. Using the internet can be an effective past time hobby. Sometimes, I just search for sterkly video on youtube and then from there I would be able to go to different interesting sites that I don’t seem to notice time. Since I came to understand how to properly and wisely used the internet. It became part of my daily routine. I get to learn something different each day.

My father always travels with his motorcycle and he usually had small accidents with it. He only owns a half-faced kind of helmet which makes us worry often about him. So when my sister bought him an hjc helmet he was thankful. Now we are less worried since this helmet is one of the best protective gears for motorists, we’re assured that he’s protected. He just needs to drive with lots of care. Motorcycles are one of the most accident prone means of transportation.

A work station is one of the things I considered when we started refurbishing our new house. So before the carpenters arrived, I searched a design among mobile computer workstations from the internet that they can copy. There’s a place in our house that fits for a work station and I just added the computer table that will fit for a small working area. I’m glad the carpenter did just what I asked them and it turned out good. Will be transferring to the new house next month and I’m already excited to work from my new station.

I don’t exactly know everything about music instruments but since I became part of a worship band I became familiar with them. Guitars are my favorite. I can easily recognized lead and bass guitars in every song that we study. And when it comes to guitars my friend knows better. He is our bass guitarist but he also can play lead and of course the drums. He has a collection of guitars I just don’t know if he owns a Boss Bass. I love seeing ladies play guitars as well. In our band we have two guys and two lady guitarists. Playing guitar is one of my frustrations. . How I wish I can also play like them.

Class Reunion

We just had our recently concluded high school reunion and we had fun meeting former classmates and friends. It was really a big celebration since that was our very first grand reunion. I was able to help the committee in the leg of preparation and I enjoyed it a lot. I say kudos to our head who managed to handle everything smoothly. There were lots of goodies that we were able to take with us that we will surely cherish as remembrance. If we had extra time and fund, we could have provided class rings for everyone. I’m looking forward to the next reunion.

Special Days Just for Us

Last month was women’s month and we women felt special somehow. Some paid tributes to their moms, some gave their grandmother gifts some company gave special gifts to their female employees and we really did feel that it was the months that is all ours. I miss having movie time with my kids. This is one thing I regret since I went back to work and having the graveyard shift. The fast three weeks of my work was the most boring week of all my work experiences. It’s because I was not yet given access to various systems that were needed for my job. As much as I wanted to like it since I was relax and can’t be bothered by anyone, I feel guilty that I am not being productive. My work now is totally different from my previous jobs. When before I was busy with learning about stuffs like VoIP, and teleconferencing services, and my mind is really thinking and w because of the various things I need to do and learn, now it’s more of a routine. It’s easy but routinely. And I guess I have to learn to accept it for the moment.

Who would want to own a gold bullion at times like this when payday seem to be farfetched and the budget is getting low, huh? I noticed that during days like this people’s way of living changes. Studies prove that drinking enough amount of water every day has a lot of benefits. But we have to make sure that we’re drinking only safe and clean water. There are purified, mineral, alkaline, etc. I didn’t know this before until a friend explained and even demonstrated to me the acidity of the water that we usually drink by using water ph meters and solution. We found out that there are even well-known brands of water that has high acid content. It’s scary, huh. So this only means that we don’t have to believe to any claims until we prove it. Migration To The New Abode

As the idea of moving to a new home becomes real in my senses (I already have the keys, that’s why) I’m having so much pressure in thinking of ways to make our small abode welcoming and homey. I’ve already done sketches of what would be the rooms will look like, even asking someone whose specialty is creating custom mattress to make us new mattresses for the master’s and kids’ bedroom. I’ve already did visual sketches of what would be our living room and of course, my favorite place, the kitchen, would be like. My husband already contacted persons who will make the sketches into realities. Honestly, I’m excited.

Did I already mention here that I am singing every Sunday in our church during worship services? Yes I do, although I must admit I don’t have a very good voice…as good as those joining a music fest and singing competitions, hehe. I know that when we lead the worship service, we are being recorded. And just recently, I was able to hear one of the recordings from our music director’s files and I was surprised. I never thought that my voice would sound so nice in that file, haha! I don’t know if we have a tc helicon voice tone correct xt in our equipment but it sounded so nice. I can’t even recognize my voice. Maybe we still don’t have the gadget but I am sure it would be even better if we have one. Maybe someday, I can be included in an album recording…*dreaming* 0_o!

With my current work schedule, I feel like I’m out of this world. I am not updated with what’s happening around me and I can seldom watch TV or movies. That’s why the internet is now my best bud.
